LTI enters the realm of experimental nuclear science as a degree program
Professors teaching their students the facts about nuclear science, including fusion and fission physics, introduced us, neophytes, to the curious interactions happening to individual nuclides as they become new nuclides. When the new specialty of nuclear engineering was introduced, students could then actually engage in these phenomena. For me, however, I was satisfied with the Physics and Math track that I was already following.

LTI had made some significant steps into becoming an active player into this realm of engineering science.
